This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Kota. The primary responsibilities include making outbound calls to prospective customers, explaining and promoting services or products, and scheduling appointments or follow-ups. The Telemarketer will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, addressing customer inquiries, and collaborating with the sales team to meet targets and goals.

Qualifications

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with potential customers
Proven experience in appointment scheduling and effective time management
Excellent communication and active listening skills
Customer service abilities, including resolving inquiries and issues with professionalism
Experience in sales and achieving targets is an advantage
Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM software is a plus
A proactive and goal-driven approach to tasks
