Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Telemarketer based in Punalur. The Telemarketer will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting company products or services, scheduling appointments, and maintaining a high level of customer service. The role involves establishing and nurturing customer relationships and meeting sales objectives through effective communication.

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing client discussions
• Excellent Communication abilities for clear and persuasive interactions
• Customer Service experience to address inquiries and resolve issues professionally
• Sales skills with the ability to identify potential leads and close deals effectively
• Motivated and goal-oriented with the ability to thrive in a target-driven environment
• Prior experience in sales or telemarketing is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is an advantage
