Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Telemarketer role located in Ahmedabad. The Telemarketer will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers, scheduling appointments, providing exceptional customer service, and promoting company services. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, handling inquiries, and maintaining customer engagement, with a focus on meeting sales and performance targets.

Qualifications

• Strong Interpersonal and Communication skills to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and organizational skills
• Committed to delivering excellent Customer Service and addressing client queries effectively
• Sales skills, including the ability to identify and close deals
• Ability to meet performance targets and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in using telecommunication systems and basic computer skills
• Prior experience in customer service or sales roles is an advantage
