Job Description

We are looking for a passionate and proactive Business Development Intern to support our growth team in identifying, pitching, and onboarding new brand partners. This internship will provide hands-on exposure to influencer marketing sales, client management, and digital strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Research and identify potential brands and Creators.
Assist in building a strong pipeline of leads via LinkedIn, email, CRM tools, and outbound strategies
Help craft tailored pitches and presentations for prospective clients
Coordinate with internal teams to create proposals and pricing decks
Support in scheduling meetings, follow-ups, and maintaining client databases
Track outreach performance and generate basic reports/insights
Monitor competitor activity and market trends in influencer marketing

Requirements

Recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Mass Communication, or related field
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Interest in influencer marketing, brand strategy, and digital media
Comfortable with Excel/Google Sheets and presentation tools (Google Slides/PowerPoint)
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment
