Business Development Head

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic business development plans to expand the company's ERP solutions market share.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including potential clients, partnerships, and markets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, stakeholders, and industry partners.
• Lead the sales team in preparing proposals, presentations, and negotiations to close deals effectively.
• Collaborate with the technical and product teams to tailor ERP solutions to meet client needs.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions.
• Drive revenue growth by setting targets, tracking performance, and implementing corrective actions.
• Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and client meetings to enhance brand visibility.
• Oversee the development of marketing strategies and campaigns related to ERP offerings.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations during all business development activities.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience in business development or sales leadership within the ERP or enterprise software industry.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems, modules, and implementation processes.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strategic thinking and ability to identify new market opportunities.
• Leadership skills with experience managing and motivating sales teams.
• Ability to build and sustain long-term client relationships.
• Analytical skills to assess market data and develop actionable insights.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics platforms.
• Results-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
