Business Development Head

About Us:
We are a growing export-import company with operations in Pune and Dubai, specializing in the trade of fresh fruits and vegetables. With a strong network and an efficient supply chain, we have successfully established our presence in key markets.

We are now expanding with a new service initiative: encouraging new exporters, entrepreneurs, and investors to partner with us. They invest, and our company manage end-to-end operations — including procurement, packing, documentation, logistics, and selling in Dubai — while they earn commissions on their investment.

Role Overview:
We are looking for a Senior Sales Executive to drive this new venture. The candidate will be responsible for identifying, onboarding, and building relationships with potential investors, new exporters, and entrepreneurs who are interested in entering the export business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and connect with potential investors, entrepreneurs, and new exporters.
• Pitch and explain the new service model effectively to prospects.
• Build trust and relationships, addressing all queries regarding investment, returns, and operations.
• Work closely with the internal operations team to ensure smooth onboarding and investor satisfaction.
• Achieve monthly targets for onboarding new partners.
• Regularly update and report market feedback and potential improvements.
• Represent the company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows if required.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of experience in B2B Sales.
• Strong understanding of export operations (especially in fruits and vegetables) is highly preferred.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
• Ability to confidently explain investment models and ROI plans.
• Self-driven, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.
• Knowledge of documentation and logistics in export is a plus.
• Comfortable coordinating with both Indian and UAE teams.

Work Location: Pune Office
Travel: Occasional travel to Dubai / within India (if required for client meetings)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month

• Wanowrie, Pune, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
