Business Development Head

As a Business Development Head at our company, your role will involve spearheading the firm's growth and expansion initiatives. You will be responsible for formulating and executing business strategies to drive client and franchisee acquisition, enhance revenue streams, and strengthen our market presence across segments. This position requires a strong understanding of capital markets, proven leadership abilities, and a strategic mindset focused on achieving long-term business goals. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth and revenue objectives. - Lead business development initiatives across regions, focusing on client acquisition, franchise development, and relationship management. - Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with high-net-worth clients, franchises, and partners. - Supervise, guide, and motivate sales and dealer teams to meet performance targets. - Coordinate with senior management on product positioning, pricing, and market strategies. - Maintain and enhance client relationships through superior service and regular engagement. - Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify areas for improvement. Qualifications & Key Competencies: - Graduate/Postgraduate in Finance, Marketing, Business Administration, or related field. - Ten or more years of experience in sales and marketing, in stock broking, wealth management, mutual funds, or financial services. - Strong knowledge of capital markets, trading operations, and investment products. - Excellent leadership, networking, interpersonal, and communication skills. - Team building and performance management skills. - Ability to design and implement sales and client acquisition strategies. - Prior experience in leading or mentoring a sales team.
