Job Description

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Market Research and Analysis: Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape in the ERP sector.
  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients while identifying new business opportunities.
  • Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand the customer base.
  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, including pricing and service offerings, tailored to client needs.
  • Collaboration with Internal Teams: Work closely with product development, marketing, and customer support teams to ensure alignment and successful implementation of ERP solutions.
  • Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations with potential clients and close deals to secure contracts for ERP solutions.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as necessary to meet goals.
  • Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company’s ERP solutions and establish connections.
  • Training and Mentorship: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior business development staff and contribute to their professional development.

Skills Required:

  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively convey ideas and proposals.
  • Sales Expertise: Proven track record in sales, particularly in the technology or ERP sector.
  • Analytical Skills: Ability to analyze market data and trends to inform business strategies.
  • Negotiation Skills: Strong negotiation skills to secure favorable terms and close deals.
  • Project Management: Proficiency in managing multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Technical Knowledge: Understanding of ERP systems and their functionalities, as well as familiarity with related technologies.
  • Relationship Building: Strong interpersonal skills to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Problem-Solving Skills: Ability to identify challenges and develop effective solutions.
  • Adaptability: Flexibility to adapt to changing market conditions and client needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
