Job Description

As the Sales Head at Finplan Edu, you have an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-growing professional education institution. You will play a crucial role in leading student acquisition efforts, driving enrolments, and managing a performance-oriented team. Your responsibilities will include overseeing the entire sales lifecycle and contributing to Finplan's growth trajectory. Key Responsibilities: - Take ownership of achieving enrolment targets for ACCA, US CMA, and MIA programs while enhancing funnel metrics. - Lead and manage a team of telecounselors and Business Development Executives (BDEs), focusing on performance improvement and coaching. - Ensure no lead leakage, maintain CRM compliance, and execute Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) effectively. - Develop strategies to establish institutional partnerships, monitor industry trends, and align with market dynamics. Requirements: - Minimum 6-9 years of experience in inside/B2C/education sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership position. - Proficiency in communication, negotiation, and team-building skills. - Expertise in CRM systems such as LeadSquared, Zoho, or equivalent. - A genuine passion for student success and education. Bonus Points If You: - Have prior experience in selling professional courses like ACCA, CFA, CPA, or MBA. - Seek a leadership role that combines growth opportunities, operational responsibilities, and team management. - Thrive in high-growth, fast-paced work environments.
