Travel Requirements: Willingness to travel as per business Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive our sales initiatives and expand our client base. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets. Key Responsibilities: Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, networking, and outbound calls. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.Expertia Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with key decision-makers at target companies. Understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.Zimyo HRMS+8Expertia+8Expertia+8 Sales Strategy & Execution: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.Expertia+1Expertia+1 Collaboration & Coordination: Work closely with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction and successful project delivery. Coordinate with marketing to develop targeted campaigns.Expertia Market Analysis: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities. Provide strategic insights to inform business decisions.Expertia Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate records of business development activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Prepare regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.Expertia Key Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as a Business Development Executive or in a similar sales role. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite. Ability to manage multiple accounts and meet sales targets. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred. Willingness to travel as required. Why Join Us?
