JOB DESCRIPTION - (Only for Logistics Sales candidates) Responsibilities: Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate new leads and secure new business opportunities. Identify and target potential clients in various industries, focusing on companies that require Tech enabled logistics solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and maximizing revenue potential. Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activities, and potential opportunities for business growth. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure smooth and efficient execution of customer orders and services. Meet and exceed sales targets, consistently achieving or surpassing revenue goals. Maintain accurate sales records, including customer information, sales activities, and pipeline management. Requirements: Proven track record in logistics sales, with a minimum of 2-8 years of relevant experience.  Strong knowledge of the logistics industry. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients and negotiate effectively. Result-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify customer needs and propose tailored solutions. Self-motivated and proactive, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel as required to meet clients and attend industry events.
