Role Overview- The Sales and Business Development Executive/Manager will drive revenue growth, build strong client relationships, and identify opportunities to promote our CRM Software. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker with a passion for technology, excellent communication skills, and a track record of meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead Generation & Prospecting:

  • Identify and generate leads through market research, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
  • Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline.

Rapid User Onboarding:

  • Initiate contact with potential clients and guide them through the onboarding process swiftly.
  • Provide hands-on assistance to new users to ensure they are effectively set up and utilizing the CRM software.

Sales Strategy Execution:

  • Understand client needs to provide tailored SaaS solutions.
  • Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for potential clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals effectively.


Sales Conversion:

  • Develop strategies to convert trial users into paying customers efficiently.
  • Follow up with leads promptly to maximize conversion rates.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Act as a point of contact for customer inquiries and concerns.

Market Research & Analysis:

  • Analyze market trends and competitor offerings to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to the product team for improving offerings based on client needs.

Collaboration:

  • Work closely with marketing and product teams to align sales efforts with company goals.
  • Coordinate with customer success teams to ensure smooth onboarding and implementation.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience:0 to 5 years in sales, preferably in SaaS or CRM software.

Proven track record of quickly onboarding users and achieving sales targets.

Skills:

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to understand and convey complex product features.
  • Self-motivated, result-oriented, and able to work independently.
