Responsibilities:

• Strategic Lead Generation:

• Cold Calling & Prospecting:

• Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:

• New Client Acquisition:

  Implement innovative strategies to onboard new clients and expand business partnerships.

• Sales & Business Development:

  Craft and deliver persuasive sales pitches, proposals, and presentations.

• Negotiation & Deal Closure:

  Leverage industry expertise to negotiate contract terms and close high-value deals.

• Collaboration with Recruitment Teams:

  Work closely with recruiters to ensure seamless fulfillment of client staffing needs.

• Market Research & Competitive Analysis:

  Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor strategies, and evolving client demands.

• Performance Tracking & Reporting:

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of proven experience

  in IT staffing business development, with a strong focus on

  lead generation, cold calling, and client acquisition
