Job Description

Technical Recruiter About the role: • Title: Technical Recruiter/Sr. Technical Recruiter • Shift timings: 12: 30 PM 09: 30 PM or 01:30 PM to 10:30 PM IST • Years of experience required - 1 to 6 years Responsibilities: • Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates • Foster long-term relationships with candidates • Review and understand technical job requirement requirements • Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met • Format resumes meeting client expectations • Research new technologies • Create detailed job descriptions • Follow up with candidates • Source potential candidates on platforms, like UK-Europe Monster, Indeed, JobServe and LinkedIn • Parse specialized skills and qualifications to screen IT resumes • Perform pre-screening calls to analyses applicants abilities • Interview candidates combining various methods (e.g. structured interviews, technical assessments and behavioral questions) • Conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements • Keep up-to-date with new technological trends and products Perks: • Lucrative Incentives • Career Growth • On-site work opportunity • Rewards & Recognition Employment Type : Full Time Work Location : Kota/Noida, India Kota Office : iXceed Solutions, 1-B-34, Talwandi, Kota, 324005 Noida office :iXceed Solutions Pvt.
