Job Description

Experience of sales in enterprise products & solutions (Hardware, Servers, Storage,

Virtualization, Backup applications, Firewall, End points, DLP, Networking.

Solutions, Security solutions & AMC/ FMS Services).

  • Ability to handle business closer & targets pressure.

  • Ready to travel inter zone & nationally for business.

  • Should have worked on target base/ ability to achieve the sales goals.

  • IT Technology Solutions/ Telecom Solutions.

  • Experience of handling Enterprise and MSME clients.

  • Good knowledge of Pune & ROM market.

  • Effective communication skill & presentation Skill.

  • Should be able to present the technical solutions.

  • Should able to co-ordinate with OEMs & internal team.

  • Should be Self-Motivated, responsible.

  • Need a long-term vision.

  • Reporting in the desired manner (Excel sheet, Word, PowerPoint, and STPL

Attendance Portal) on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Communicating with customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and

generating the leads & following-ups.

  • Understanding client’s requirements & Generate leads and get customers on board

  • Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per

email.

  • Keeping up with product and service information and updates.

  • Maintain the database of current and potential customers.

  • Providing product and service knowledge to the clients.

  • Staying informed about competing products and services.

  • Upselling products and services.

  • Researching and qualifying new leads.

  • Closing sales and achieving sales targets.

  • Negotiating and closing business deals

  • Responsible for generating revenue via new business acquisition, up sales, and crosssales

  • Achieve assigned targets on weekly, monthly, and quarterly bases.

  • New account acquisition

  • Enhancement of product knowledge via training and development programs arranged

by OEMs and STPL

  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and other external &

internal stakeholders.

  • Consistency in regular selling practices: customer meetings, social media campaigns,

email campaigns, telecalls, etc.

  • Team player: active participation in forums

  • Capable of producing real-time market and competitor knowledge for the

management.
