Job Description

As a Business Development Executive/Manager, your role involves working closely with the execution teams and tele-callers to transform meetings into leads arranged by the tele-caller teams. Your proactive and get-it-done attitude is highly valued by the teams you lead. You excel in sales and operational leadership, often exceeding expectations to ensure exceptional work execution. Various teams rely on your guidance and prioritization as you independently monitor and manage multiple leads simultaneously, engaging in all aspects of the process. Key Responsibilities: - Collaborate with the internal team to identify and capitalize on opportunities within the territory. - Act as the primary point of contact for all customer account management issues. - Establish and nurture enduring client relationships. - Negotiate contracts and finalize agreements to optimize profitability. - Demonstrate basic knowledge of digital marketing and related products. - Supervise customer account management, including contract negotiations and agreement execution to maximize profits. - Ensure the timely and successful delivery of solutions in line with customers" requirements and goals. - Effectively communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to both internal and external stakeholders. - Generate new business with existing clients or identify areas for enhancement to achieve sales targets. - Proficiency in commonly used search engines like Google is essential. - Prepare and present detailed reports using Excel. Qualifications Required: - Proven experience as a Traffic/Studio/Resource Manager in a fast-paced agency environment. - Comprehensive knowledge of digital marketing is advantageous. - Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. - Proficient in coordinating tasks, work schedules, and highly attentive to detail. - Ability to work with numbers, analyze data sets effectively, and Excel proficiency is a must. - Strong interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and ability to collaborate effectively with team members.
