SCMTR compliance, especially the CSN & SDM process. Fluent communication verbal and written in English for ease of communication with Principals / overseas agents / customers / etc... Export Manifestation checklist for closing of vsls in the system upon vessel onboard confirmation from Ops team. Attending various types of queries from customers / cs desk / Principal / agents..
