Job Description

Role Overview

Business Development Executive (BDE)

Key Responsibilities

Generate new leads through networking, cold calling, emails, and industry events.
Schedule and conduct meetings with potential partners (real estate developers, hotels, corporates).
Support the Business Development Manager in preparing proposals, presentations, and agreements.
Maintain CRM records of leads, prospects, and pipeline.
Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities.
Build strong client relationships and follow up to ensure deal closure.
Coordinate with internal teams (engineering, projects, finance) to ensure smooth execution of signed deals.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
1–3 years of experience in
sales / business development
, preferably in real estate, mobility, sustainability, or technology sector.
Strong communication and negotiation skills.
Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of EV charging / sustainability industry is an advantage.
