Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic MBA Marketing professional to join our team as a Business Development Executive for our Staffing Solutions & HR Services division. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, visiting IT companies, and pitching our manpower supply & recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and research IT companies, startups, SMEs, and MNCs that require staffing solutions.
Visit HR managers, talent acquisition teams, and decision-makers to present our staffing and recruitment services.
Understand client hiring needs and offer tailored staffing solutions (contract, permanent, project-based, etc.).
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term partnerships.
Develop sales strategies to achieve business growth targets.
Negotiate contracts and close business deals with companies.
Coordinate with the internal recruitment team to ensure smooth candidate delivery.
Keep up with industry trends and competitor activities to improve service offerings.
