Job Title: Java Developer (Full Stack / Back-End) Experience Required: 5 to 10 Years Employment Type: Full-Time We are looking for a skilled and experienced Java Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Java-based back-end development and/or full stack web applications, with a proven ability to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions Roles and Responsibilities: Develop scalable and high-performance applications using Java, Spring Boot, and related frameworks Design, build, and maintain RESTful APIs and microservices architecture (For Full Stack) Collaborate on front-end development using Angular, React, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code following industry best practices Design and manage relational and NoSQL databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) Ensure proper integration of front-end and back-end functionalities Conduct unit testing and participate in peer code reviews Analyze, troubleshoot, and debug issues in development and production environments Optimize application performance, scalability, and responsiveness Participate in Agile/Scrum processes including sprint planning, daily standups, and retrospectives. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including QA, DevOps, and Product Owners. Work with CI/CD pipelines and assist in application deployment. Maintain proper documentation for code, processes, and configurations. Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure, especially serverless architecture. Strong understanding of CI/CD Pipelines, Git Repositories, Containerization Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. Proven experience as a Java Full stack Developer or similar role. Strong knowledge of Java, spring framework, and related technologies. Experience with front-end technologies including HTML, CSS, and JavaScript. Familiarity with JavaScript frameworks like ReactJS or Angular. Proficiency in designing RESTful APIs. Solid understanding of database management systems, particularly SQL. Experience working in an Agile/Scrum environment. Familiarity with version control systems, preferably Git. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Enthusiasm for learning new technologies and improving existing processes. Demonstrated ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
