Location: Pune Job Type: Full Time Experience: 5 to 10 years Company: Web Minds IT Solution Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Python Backend & Machine Learning Developer to play a pivotal role in designing, developing, and deploying robust backend services and integrating advanced machine learning capabilities into our products. The ideal candidate will possess a strong command of Python, a deep understanding of backend architecture, and practical experience in building, deploying, and maintaining machine learning models in production environments Key Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain highly scalable, reliable, and secure backend APIs and services using Python frameworks (e.g., Django, Flask, FastAPI). Work with various databases (SQL, NoSQL) to design efficient data models and ensure data integrity. Implement robust authentication, authorization, and security measures for backend services. Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability, ensuring low latency and high throughput. Design, build, and maintain our containerization and orchestration solutions using Docker and Kubernetes. Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines to streamline software delivery. Develop and deploy RESTful APIs for machine learning models, enabling seamless integration with frontend and other backend systems. Build and maintain robust data pipelines (ETL/ELT) for ML model training, inference, and monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability. Implement and manage MLOps practices, including model versioning, monitoring (for drift, performance), retraining pipelines, and deployment automation. Contribute to the selection and integration of appropriate ML frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, Scikit-learn) Stay updated with the latest trends and advancements in data science, ML, and AI Key Skills Required: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Familiarity with Python-based frameworks like Flask , FastAPI , or Django Hands-on with deep learning frameworks such as TensorFlow , Keras , or PyTorch Understanding of machine learning algorithms , including regression, classification, clustering, and ensemble methods (e.g., Random Forest, XGBoost) Strong skills in SQL and NoSQL databases (PostgreSQL, MySQL, MongoDB) Proficiency in data visualization tools : Matplotlib, Seaborn, Plotly, Power BI , or Tableau Extensive experience with Docker and Kubernetes . Experience working with APIs , web services, and application integration Solid understanding of CI/CD principles and tools. Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud . Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Practical experience with ML libraries: Scikit-learn , XGBoost , LightGBM , etc. Proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using NumPy , Pandas , and Matplotlib/Seaborn Strong communication and teamwork skills.
