We’re now looking for a highly motivated Senior Python Developer to join our growing development team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable Python code.
• Lead backend development efforts for complex projects and ensure high performance and responsiveness to requests from the front-end.
• Collaborate with front-end developers, designers, and other team members to create seamless integrations.
• Implement data security and protection measures.
• Optimize applications for speed, scalability, and robustness.
• Review code, mentor junior developers, and enforce best practices.
• Work with databases like PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB.
• Integrate third-party APIs and create RESTful services.
• Utilize AI tools to enhance development efficiency and automation.
• Participate in sprint planning, requirement discussions, and client interactions when needed.

Requirements:

• 4+ years of hands-on experience in Python development.
• Strong understanding of Django, Flask, or similar web frameworks.
• Experience with RESTful API design, ORM libraries, and unit testing.
• Proficiency with version control tools (e.g., Git).
• Solid knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
• Experience working with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
• Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to AI tools or libraries (like OpenAI, Langchain, etc.) for automation and smart application development.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Good to Have:

• Experience with asynchronous programming (e.g., Celery, asyncio).
• Knowledge of frontend technologies like React or Angular is a bonus.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
