Job Summary We are looking for passionate Full Stack Developers to join our growing team. This is an on-site role in Jalandhar, Punjab — ideal for fresh graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience who want hands-on experience building real-world projects in a collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, test, and deploy web applications using modern technologies. Work on both front-end (ReactJS/Next.js) and back-end (Node.js/NestJS) development. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code. Collaborate with senior developers, designers, and project managers to deliver features on time. Debug, troubleshoot, and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Learn new technologies and frameworks as needed. Participate in code reviews and contribute ideas for continuous improvement. Required Skills Basic understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript. Familiarity with front-end frameworks like ReactJS (bonus if you know Next.js). Knowledge of back-end technologies like Node.js or Express.js (NestJS is a plus). Understanding of databases (MongoDB/MySQL/PostgreSQL). Good problem-solving and logical thinking skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong willingness to learn and grow. Eligibility BCA, B.Tech, MCA, or any relevant degree in Computer Science or related field. Freshers or candidates with up to 1 year of experience are encouraged to apply.
