Key Responsibilities • Lead Generation & Prospecting: Identify and approach potential clients, including educational institutions, students, and corporate partners through networking, cold calling, and inbound marketing efforts. • Consultative Sales: Understand client needs and offer tailored educational solutions such as academic counselling, admissions guidance, and corporate training. • Client Relationship Management: Build long-lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and loyalty. • Presentations & Proposals: Deliver presentations to prospective clients and develop customized proposals based on their requirements. • Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and emerging educational technologies to identify new business opportunities. • Sales Targets & Reporting: Achieve sales goals, track progress, and provide regular reports to senior management. Qualifications: Education Bachelors degree in Business, Education, Marketing, or a related field. Experience 1-4 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in education, consulting, or related fields. Skills Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office.
