Job Description

Objective of the Role The Business Development Executive will focus on identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, and driving growth in both domestic and international markets. The ideal candidate is self-motivated, strategic, and passionate about contributing to the company's success through effective sales strategies. Key Responsibilities Sales & Business Development Identify and engage potential leads via LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, GURU, Freelancer, Meetup, AngelList , etc. Generate business through online bidding and professional networking . Develop and execute targeted sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Promote and present NetSuite (ERP) & Celigo (iPaaS Platform) to prospective clients. Negotiate and close deals, addressing objections effectively. Business Growth Strategy Collaborate with marketing team to optimize lead nurturing and sales plans. Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify growth opportunities. Create compelling sales proposals, reports, and presentations . Gather client feedback and provide insights to internal teams. Relationship Management Build and maintain strong relationships with current and potential clients. Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through proactive engagement. Lead initiatives to promote the company brand and external communication. Team Leadership & Reporting Directly oversee market and client growth initiatives. Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to senior leadership and stakeholders. Track and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement. Required Skills & Qualifications Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. Minimum 4+ years in sales or business development , particularly in IT services. Minimum 3+ years of experience in international sales (USA, Australia, Europe) Strong knowledge of NetSuite, Celigo , or other ERP and iPaaS service providers (preferred). Proficiency in CRM tools ( HubSpot ) and sales platforms ( LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Upwork, Freelancer portals ). Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets with measurable KPIs. Strong strategic, creative thinking, and communication skills to develop sales strategies and excel in negotiations. Adept in Lead generation, networking, and problem-solving. Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and collaborate with teams effectively.
