Job Description

Role Overview: -


Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential customers through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, social media outreach, and networking.
  • Screen and qualify leads based on predefined criteria, ensuring that they align with our
  • target customer profile.
  • Schedule appointments between potential clients and our sales team, coordinating calendars and ensuring timely follow-ups.
  • Provide sales teams with necessary information and materials to help them close deals effectively.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, appointments, and Client-interactions in our CRM system.
  • Monitor individual and team performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and optimize processes.


Requirements:

  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively engage with potential customers.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating leads.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software and other relevant tools.
  • A positive and enthusiastic attitude with a passion for sales and customer service.
  • Experience in a B2B or B2C sales environment preferred.
