We’re seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Executive with 3+ years of proven experience in the IT/Software industry to drive strategic business growth. This role requires someone with a strong grasp of modern B2B sales strategies, market trends, and lead generation tools to close high-quality deals.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Research and identify potential clients across target industries and geographies.
  • Generate qualified leads via Bidding Portals, outbound calls, LinkedIn outreach, emails, and networking.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to expand business in international markets (US, UK, Middle East, etc.).
  • Track industry trends and competitor activities to refine outreach strategies.
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand client needs and position the solutions.
  • Take ownership of the entire sales cycle, from prospecting to deal closure and relationship management.
  • Build and nurture long-term client relationships through consultative selling.
  • Drive and optimize bidding activities on platforms like Upwork, Freelancer, and others.
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator, cold email strategies, and digital channels to identify & engage potential clients.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to craft tailored proposals and technical solutions.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and new technology offerings to identify business opportunities.
  • Consistently meet and exceed monthly KPIs (qualified leads, meetings set, Sales target).


Required Skills & Qualifications:


  • Bachelor’s Degree / B.E. (preferred in IT or related fields).
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in BDE / IT Sales roles in International Market.
  • Strong background in strategic sales, proposal writing, client acquisition, and relationship management.
  • Proficiency in using tools HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Apollo, Lemlist, or similar platforms.
  • Sound knowledge of IT services, technologies, and development processes.
  • Excellent English communication and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
