Business Development Executive chennai 2 - 5 years INR 1.75 - 3.0 Lacs P.A. Work from Office Full Time

Key Responsibilities Identify and generate new B2B clients within the manufacturing and engineering sectors. Develop strong business relationships with HR heads, plant heads, and decision-makers. Promote the companys recruitment services to potential clients across India. Understand client manpower requirements for white-collar technical and functional positions (e.g., Sales, Service, Application, Production, Design Engineers). Work closely with the recruitment delivery team to ensure timely fulfillment of client requirements. Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and service agreements. Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly business targets. Maintain accurate client and lead records using CRM tools. Represent the company in client meetings, reviews, and industry events. Required Skills & Competencies Proven experience (2 - 4 years) in Business Development / Client Acquisition within a domestic recruitment consultancy . Strong understanding of Non-IT recruitment, especially manufacturing / engineering roles . Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to identify business opportunities and convert them into long-term relationships. Target-oriented, proactive, and capable of working independently. Strong negotiation and closing skills. Good command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM systems. Educational Qualification Graduate or Postgraduate degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.
