End-to-end recruitment for assigned positions (sourcing to onboarding)
Screening candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references, and internal database
Conducting telephonic HR rounds in
Hindi & English
Scheduling interviews with the hiring team and coordinating follow-ups
Explaining job roles, salary structure, and company policies to candidates
Maintaining candidate trackers, MIS reports, and daily/weekly recruitment updates
Building and managing a strong talent pipeline
Managing offer rollouts, negotiations, and joining follow-ups
Ensuring timely closures of positions as per TAT
Maintaining professional communication with candidates throughout the hiring lifecycle
Supporting employer branding through LinkedIn postings
Handling walk-in interviews and documentation of selected candidates

Preferred candidate profile

Any graduate with strong interest in recruitment
Hindi proficient
(mandatory) able to handle Hindi-speaking candidates
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Basic knowledge of MS Office and job portals
Positive attitude and willingness to learn
Ability to upgrade their skills and adapt to new recruitment methods
Self-motivated and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Strong follow-up and coordination ability
