Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly driven and experienced Business Development Executive (BDE) to spearhead growth initiatives, focusing on securing new business, forging strategic partnerships, and driving revenue within the wellness and/or healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of sales acumen, market knowledge, and relationship-building expertise to expand our market presence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales & Lead Generation:
  • Identify, qualify, and target new business opportunities and leads, particularly within the wellness and healthcare markets.
  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed individual and team revenue targets.
  • Conduct compelling presentations and develop customized proposals that articulate our value proposition to prospective clients and partners.
  • Manage the end-to-end sales cycle, from initial contact through negotiation and closing deals.
  • Relationship & Partnership Building:
  • Build, maintain, and nurture strong, long-lasting relationships with key stakeholders, decision-makers, and potential strategic partners.
  • Identify and secure local and industry-specific partnerships to expand service reach and market penetration.
  • Act as a primary point of contact for new clients, ensuring exceptional client engagement and smooth onboarding.
  • Market Analysis & Strategy:
  • Maintain a deep understanding of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the wellness/healthcare landscape.
  • Utilize knowledge of digital and local marketing strategies to inform and support business development efforts.
  • Collaborate with marketing and product teams to refine offerings and go-to-market strategies based on market feedback.
  • Reporting & Performance:
  • Accurately track sales activities, pipeline status, and performance metrics (KPIs) using CRM software.
  • Provide regular reports and forecasts on sales performance and business development progress to management.

Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree required. MBA (preferred, especially in Marketing or Business Administration).
  • Experience: Minimum of 3+ years of progressive experience in Sales, Business Development, or Marketing roles.
  • Prior experience in the wellness or healthcare industry is strongly preferred.
  • Skills & Competencies:
  • Strong Sales Acumen: Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Exceptional negotiation, communication (written and verbal), and presentation skills.
  • Demonstrated knowledge and understanding of effective digital and local marketing techniques.
  • Proven ability to build and manage partnerships and drive client engagement.
  • Strategic thinker with excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
