Company name: Tek Inspirations LLC Job Title: Business Development Executive – Fresher Location: Noida Work Hours: (06:00 PM - 03:30AM) US Shift Job Summary: We are hiring enthusiastic and self-motivated freshers to join our team as Business Development Executives (BDE)for our US IT Staffing division. This is an exciting opportunity to build a career in international staffing and business development. Full training will be provided. Key Responsibilities: Learn and understand the US IT staffing industry, job roles, and technologies. Support the senior BDEs in identifying potential clients through LinkedIn, job boards, email campaigns, and cold calls. Assist in generating qualified leads and scheduling client meetings. Learn to build and maintain relationships with clients and hiring managers. Coordinate with the recruitment team to understand client requirements and assist in delivery. Maintain daily/weekly reports and CRM updates. Meet basic KPIs and performance goals as set by management. What We’re Looking For:Recent graduates or candidates with up to 1 year of experience (any stream). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (verbal and written English). Willingness to work in US time zones (night shift). A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment. Strong work ethic, team player, and a goal-oriented mindset. Preferred (Not Mandatory):Basic knowledge of sales, marketing, or recruitment processes. Familiarity with LinkedIn, job boards like Dice or Monster is a plus.
