We are expanding our B2B sales team to deepen our partnerships with fast-growing tech companies.

Role Overview

As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be part of a fast-paced sales team that drives client acquisition and revenue growth in the recruitment domain. This role blends consultative selling, industry research, and technology-driven outreach. You will work directly with the leadership team and own end-to-end sales activities — from identifying target accounts to closing deals.

Who Should Apply

B2B Sales

· Strong communication skills — clear, concise, and confident in both written and spoken English

· Analytical mindset — ability to research businesses, interpret sales data, and position solutions sharply

· Comfortable with CRMs, email automation tools, and spreadsheets

· Bachelor’s in Business, Economics, English, or related fields; MBAs preferred

· Exposure to corporate sales or recruitment/staffing firms is a plus
