As a Business Development Executive / Sales Executive at Webcap, your role involves attracting new business and growing the current customer base. Your key responsibilities will include: - Cold calling and sales to the International markets. - Generating leads. - Meeting sales targets and tracking them on a monthly basis. - Utilizing convincing skills to close deals. - Collaborating effectively as a team player. To qualify for this role, you should have the following qualifications and experience: - Proven track record of selling digital services to leading brands and corporate organizations. - Minimum 1 year of experience in International calling. - Strong understanding of digital services and their benefits for clients. - Experience in all stages of the sales process from lead generation to conversion. - Minimum of 2 years of experience in winning new business for agencies in the digital sector and dealing with high profile clients. - Excellent proposal writing, presentation, and pitching skills. - Motivated individual with exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills. Additionally, your responsibilities will include: - Contacting new clients and developing new business opportunities. - Building relationships with prospective clients/brands. - Demonstrating relevant experience & proven performance in new business development. - Understanding marketing & brand campaigns will be an added advantage. - Nurturing relationships with clients to comprehend their business needs. - Generating revenue through both new and existing clients. - Identifying cross-sell opportunities and matching the right solutions for each client.
