Ensures and champions compliance by following procedures and checklists following SSAE and other similar statutory requirements of the clients they handle. Initiates the development of the technical competencies of their teams by providing feedback on their deliverables and endorsing them to the appropriate learning & development activities. Directly liaises with the cluster counterparts of upcoming deliverables and the progress thereof, queries and other dependencies to carry out the work. BE with 4 to 6 Years of exp in Design & Development, Like Component Design New Product Development ( NPD), Special Purpose Machine (SPM), Machine Design, PUPM Design, Valve Design Interacting with Suppliers, Hands on exp in calculation & simulation. Software Required is Creo, Solid Works or any other 3D Software Candidate Must aware of GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing) . JOB Responsibilities : Design, Development, calculations and analysis of mechanical and pneumatic components (2D and 3D, parts lists and data sheets) Conduct preliminary investigations New products development process Conduct technical feasibility study for assembly and testing Change process (development responsible for development) Participation in committees of product development Production and manufacturing support (changes, cost optimizations, Quality topics)Support for the introduction of serial products Optimizing (Automation) of current drawings to English version drawings and prepare 3D drawing Optimization of current design Support production, purchase and quality for sampling, complaints, concession and engineering change processes Creating and monitoring time schedule and cost plans Creation of technical documentation Adherence to policies & procedures followed Innovation and Change (i.e. range and diversity of activities, problems, processes, market dynamics and management challenges that need to be recognized and resolved, improvement of processes, systems or products) On the job demonstration of creativity, flexibility, commitment, planning and time management

Assist in the development of the technical competencies of Accountants and Junior Accountants through providing feedback on their deliverables.
