Business Development Executive / Sales Executive are responsible for driving business growth within a company. They develop a network of contacts to attract new clients, research new market opportunities and oversee growth projects, making sales projections and forecasting revenue, in line with projected income. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients. The Director's Executive Assistant plays an essential part in ensuring the smooth running of the Director's office, providing efficient and accurate administration support to the Director. Responsibilities:- Support the Director primarily and provide additional support to executive team members, as directed, to ensure that company goals and objectives are accomplished and that operations run efficiently Managing information flow in a timely and accurate manner Managing Director's calendars and set-up meetings Maintain Director’s office systems, including data management and filing. Produce documents, briefing papers, reports and presentations for the Director. Organise meetings and ensure that Director is well prepared for those meetings, preparing agendas, pre-meeting briefings and meeting papers.
