Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Identify, generate, and convert new business opportunities through outbound and inbound channels.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients.
  • Present and pitch RThree Creatives services including branding, design, and digital marketing to startups and businesses.
  • Collaborate with the creative and strategy teams to deliver tailored proposals and impactful presentations.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and potential clients.
  • Plan and execute lead generation strategies through digital, networking, and referral channels.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-ups and timely conversions.
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly business development targets.
  • Represent the brand professionally at events, client meetings, and virtual discussions.


Skills Required:

  • Proven experience in

    sales, client acquisition, or business development

    preferably in a

    creative, design, or digital marketing agency

    .
  • Excellent

    communication and presentation skills

    in

    English, Tamil, and Hindi

    .
  • Strong understanding of branding, marketing, and digital design services.
  • Skilled in

    lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals

    .
  • Ability to build lasting professional relationships with diverse clients.
  • Goal-driven, persuasive, and proactive attitude towards sales and growth.
  • Confident in using CRM tools, LinkedIn, and email outreach for prospecting.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum

    2+ years

    of experience in

    Business Development

    or

    Sales
