Business Development and Lead Generation Specialist


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation:

    Identify and source new business leads through various methods, including cold calling, email outreach, social media, industry events, and networking.
  • Business Development:

    Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries to generate interest in our IT solutions.
  • Sales Outreach:

    Conduct outbound calls, emails, and follow-ups to engage potential clients, qualify leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.
  • Market Research:

    Stay updated on market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities and refine the approach to lead generation.
  • Client Presentation:

     We will present and communicate the value of our IT services to prospective clients, explaining how our solutions can address their business challenges.
  • Collaboration with Sales Team:

    Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to align strategies and achieve company growth targets.
  • Reporting and Analytics:

    Maintain accurate records of outreach efforts, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system, and report progress against sales targets and KPIs.
  • Networking:

    Attend industry events, webinars, and online forums to build your network and generate new leads.
  • Follow-up:

    Consistently follow up on inbound and outbound leads to ensure timely responses and move prospects through the sales funnel.


Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven experience (2+ years) in

    business development

    within the IT/technology industry.
  • Strong understanding of

    digital marketing

    techniques, including SEO, email marketing, social media, and online advertising.
  • Expertise in

    and direct outreach to potential clients to generate interest and drive sales.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to pitch IT services effectively.
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines.
  • Strong negotiation skills with a focus on building long-term business relationships.
  • A deep understanding of the IT industry, products, and services to position solutions effectively.
  • Proactive, goal-oriented, and a self-starter passionate about growth and achieving results.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Familiarity with lead generation tools (LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, etc.).
  • Previous experience in B2B sales, IT services, or software development solutions.
