Key Responsibilities

• Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle for IT roles across various domains.
• Source and screen candidates through job portals, social media, and referrals.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates to finalize documentation, provide feedback, and complete formalities for joining.
• Maintain and update the recruitment database and reports.
• Foster long-term relationships with candidates and clients.

Key Requirements

• 6 months to 1+ years of experience in

  Domestic IT Recruitment

  .
• Strong verbal and written

  communication skills

  .
• Proficient in using job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc.) and professional networks (LinkedIn).
• Ability to

  join immediately or within 1 week

  .
• Excellent

  interpersonal and negotiation skills

• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
