Job Description

Rosemary Institute for Educational Growth is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to drive student enrollment, expand institutional partnerships, and enhance the overall growth of our educational programs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and relationship management within the education sector. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement strategies to increase student enrollment and institutional partnerships. Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with schools, colleges, and other educational institutions. Promote the institute’s courses, workshops, and educational programs to prospective students and parents. Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs for effective strategy formulation. Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional campaigns, social media strategies, and branding initiatives. Organize and participate in educational fairs, seminars, and networking events. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including students, parents, and corporate partners. Prepare and deliver presentations to potential clients and institutions. Track and analyze business performance, providing reports and insights to the management. Meet and exceed sales and revenue targets set by the institute. Requirements & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Education, or a related field. Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing within the education industry. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders. Knowledge of market trends and competitor analysis in the education sector. Proficiency in CRM software, MS Office, and digital marketing tools. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Willingness to travel for business meetings and promotional events. Preferred Qualifications: MBA or equivalent in Marketing, Business Development, or a related field. Experience working with educational institutions, EdTech companies, or training centers. Familiarity with digital marketing, social media promotion, and lead generation strategies.
