Project Overview

SaaS-based technical assessment platform helping companies streamline hiring through expert-led evaluations and automation. The Business Developer will drive growth by identifying new business opportunities, building partnerships, and ensuring strong product-market alignment

Role and Responsibilities

Develop and execute business growth and client acquisition strategies.
Identify and engage enterprise and staffing clients for FoxMatrix.Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.Collaborate with marketing and product teams on go-to-market plans.Monitor competition, market trends, and customer feedback to refine offerings.Build strategic partnerships and manage key client relationships.Track and report performance metrics, revenue targets, and pipeline health.

Requirements

Bachelors degree; MBA preferred.
1–4 years of B2B SaaS or HRTech business development experience.Proven record in enterprise sales, partnership management, lead generation, and data mining.Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills.Experience with SaaS pricing models and CRM tools (HubSpot/Salesforce).Self-driven, strategic thinker with passion for HRTech and product growth.
