Role Overview

Business Development Executives (BDEs)

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and visit potential clients across government departments, institutions, and private organizations.
• Promote and generate leads for the company's products and services across fire, security, IT, and education verticals.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for long-term business growth.
• Prepare and submit daily visit reports, including check-in and checkout details on the CRM application.
• Coordinate with internal technical and support teams to ensure timely project delivery.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by management.

Eligibility Criteria

• Education: MBA (Sales & Marketing / IT), B. Tech (ECE or Electrical), or any relevant graduate degree.
• Candidates must clearly mention the name of their school & college for 10th, 12th, and higher education in their CV with the latest photograph.
• Kindly mention you're interested in vertical along with location.
• Experience: 03 years (Freshers with strong communication skills and willingness to travel are welcome).
• Lock-in period: 1-2 years or more.
• Vehicle: Must own a two- or four-wheeler and possess a valid driving license (mandatory).

Other Requirements

• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.

• This is a field-based profile involving regular travel within Chandigarh and Himachal Pradesh.
• Candidates must attach their latest photograph to the CV.

• Salary: As per industry standards (fixed + performance-based incentives).
