Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Executive located in Bhubaneswar. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, developing and managing client accounts, and maintaining excellent communication with stakeholders. Daily tasks include market research, networking, negotiating contracts, and delivering presentations.

Qualifications

New Business Development and Lead Generation skills
Strong Business acumen and strategic thinking
Excellent Communication skills
Account Management experience
Proven track record in sales or business development
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Experience in the E-learning or training industry is an advantage
