About the job We are looking for proactive Business Development Executives who can drive growth by handling US and European clients, managing international inbound sales operations, and leveraging platforms like GoHighLevel(GHL) for CRM and automation. The ideal candidates should have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in business development or sales, a strong interest in technology and AI, and excellent communication skills. What you will do – Key responsibilities: βœ… Attend international sales calls and manage client communications effectively. βœ… Coordinate with the technical team to ensure seamless communication and project execution. βœ… Prepare and approve quotations while ensuring alignment with company standards. βœ… Handle and track inbound sales leads, follow up, and close deals efficiently. βœ… Use Go High Level to manage CRM activities, sales funnels, and client follow-ups. βœ… Ensure client satisfaction by offering continuous support and resolving concerns promptly. βœ… Maintain a strong brand presence on social platforms and engage in relevant discussions to generate leads. βœ… Identify prospective customers across LinkedIn and other platforms, aligning with the ideal customer profile. What we are looking for – Key skills: βœ… Minimum 2+ years of experience in business development or sales. βœ… Proven track record in handling US and European clients. βœ… Experience in inbound sales processes and CRM usage, preferably GoHighLevel. βœ… Excellent written and verbal communication skills. βœ… Strong negotiation and deal-closing abilities. βœ… Ability to manage and meet deadlines with a keen eye for detail. βœ… Familiarity with international sales processes and client engagement techniques.
