Business Development Executive

Experience:

₹3–9 LPA (Depending on Experience)

  • CRM (Zoho preferred), LinkedIn Sales Navigator
  • Data scraping and research
  • Proposal and pitch deck creation
  • Team coordination and collaboration
  • Time management and follow-up tracking

About the Role:

Business Development Executive

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inbound and outbound lead generation via email, cold calling, and social media
  • Craft personalized communication for different buyer personas
  • Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other platforms for lead generation
  • Perform data scraping and research to create prospect databases
  • Prepare and present proposals, pitch decks, and negotiation documents
  • Drive client acquisition and growth through upselling and cross-selling
  • Manage sales pipeline using Zoho CRM with timely follow-ups and updates
  • Coordinate with marketing, design, and production teams to ensure client satisfaction

Requirements:

  • 1–4 years of experience in B2B sales, SaaS, or creative agency environments
  • Strong written and spoken English communication
  • Understanding of the B2B sales process and client personas
  • Familiarity with CRM and sales tracking tools
  • Self-driven, detail-oriented, and performance-focused
