We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Business Development Executive to join our team in Indore.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate onsite business opportunities in the Blockchain, Web3, and AI markets.
• Conduct lead generation activities including cold calling, networking, and participation in local tech events.
• Pitch Ment Tech Labs’ services (e.g., smart contracts, decentralized apps, AI solutions) to potential clients.
• Collaborate closely with the Sales Manager to qualify and close deals.
• Maintain and update the CRM pipeline with leads, prospects, and client interactions.
• Build and nurture relationships with clients to ensure long-term engagement.
• Upsell services to existing accounts and expand business opportunities.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience in lead generation and business development (IT/Tech domain preferred).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Basic understanding of Blockchain, Web3, and AI technologies.
• Strong persistence and ability to work in a target-driven environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, IT, or related field (MBA preferred).

Performance Goals:

• Successfully close 1–2 deals worth ₹30–50 lakhs total.
• Qualify 20 warm leads for closure.
• Drive ₹10 lakhs in upsell revenue from existing accounts.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
