Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Development:

    Identify and generate new business opportunities within the OEM, industrial products, and capital equipment sectors. Drive sales growth by identifying potential clients and markets.
  • Client Relationship Management:

    Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to maximize satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Market Research:

    Conduct market research to identify trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape. Leverage this information to create effective sales strategies.
  • Sales Presentations:

    Prepare and deliver engaging sales presentations to potential clients, explaining product features, benefits, and value propositions.
  • Sales Targets:

    Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets, ensuring a consistent pipeline of opportunities and revenue.
  • Field Sales Activities:

    Meet customers on-site, conduct product demonstrations, and negotiate contracts, ensuring the successful closure of deals.
  • Collaboration:

    Work closely with the product, marketing, and technical teams to provide customers with the best possible solutions.
  • Reporting:

    Regularly update the sales pipeline, forecasts, and performance metrics. Submit detailed sales reports to senior management.
  • Customer Feedback:

    Gather customer feedback to continuously improve product offerings and sales strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-5 years of experience

    in OEM sales, field sales, capital equipment sales, or industrial product sales.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Strong understanding of the manufacturing industry and its products.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel frequently for field visits and client meetings.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience in selling capital equipment or industrial products is highly preferred.
  • Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
  • Ability to understand technical product specifications and communicate effectively to non-technical clients.
