As an Inside Sales Executive, you will play a key role in generating sales leads, supporting sales teams, and maintaining strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate will have 1-3 years of experience in inside sales, preferably in the manufacturing sector, with a strong understanding of sales processes and customer needs. Key Responsibilities: Generate new business opportunities through lead generation, cold calling, and follow-up with potential clients in the manufacturing sector. Qualify inbound inquiries and turn them into sales opportunities. Work closely with the sales team to manage customer accounts, provide quotations, and track sales progress. Understand customer requirements, present solutions, and assist in closing sales. Coordinate with production and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfaction. Prepare sales reports, track performance against targets, and manage a pipeline of opportunities. Maintain customer records and CRM database to ensure accurate information for reporting and follow-ups. Collaborate with the marketing team to promote products and services, enhancing brand visibility. Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term relationships with clients. Qualifications & Skills: Any Degree (Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred). 1-3 years of experience in inside sales Strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to understand technical product specifications and convey them to customers. Self-motivated, results-driven, and target-oriented. Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
