Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Inside Sales Executive, located in Bengaluru South. The Inside Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and generating leads, establishing and maintaining customer relationships, and meeting sales targets. Day-to-day tasks include contacting prospective clients, understanding their needs, providing course details, and following up to close sales. The role demands consistent communication with customers to ensure exceptional service and satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven ability in Inside Sales and Lead Generation
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Experience in Sales or related fields with a track record of meeting targets
• Proficiency in understanding customer needs and aligning them with relevant solutions
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferable
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment in a fast-paced setting
• Prior experience in the education or training industry is an added advantage
• Excellent English communication
• 0.5- 2 Experience in Ed tech
• Must be located in Bangalore
