Job Description

Role Overview: You will be joining as an Inside Sales Specialist, where you will have the opportunity to thrive in a fast-paced sales environment. Your primary responsibility will be to contribute significantly towards achieving the company's goals of customer acquisition and revenue growth. Key Responsibilities: - Making multiple calls daily to generate leads and interest, as well as qualifying prospects for sales closure. - Utilizing telecalling and cold calling techniques to generate leads and effectively manage them. - Ensuring proper management of leads through CRM, updating lead information, and assigning leads to the designated Sales Account Manager. - Compiling marketing reports based on CRM updates, coordinating email and marketing campaigns, and handling vendor management. - Demonstrating excellent communication skills and readiness to work under pressure while accepting challenges. - Graduation in any specialization, with a strong background in Sales & Marketing, is required. - Previous experience in software sales is an added advantage. - Proficiency in working with CRM or related ERP systems. - Your focus will be on the India/UAE/KSA market. Qualifications Required: - Graduation in any specialization - Good understanding of Sales & Marketing - Experience in software sales is advantageous - Proficiency in CRM or related ERP systems Additional Company Details: The company is located in Kochi, offering a full-time position for individuals with 0-1 year of experience.
