Job Description

highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build, manage, and continuously update

    high-quality prospect databases

    using multiple data sources and platforms.
  • Execute

    cold calling campaigns

    to identify decision-makers, pitch offerings, and generate qualified sales leads.
  • Plan and run

    cold email outreach and follow-up campaigns

    to nurture prospects and increase response rates.
  • Leverage tools such as

    Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, and HubSpot CRM

    for lead generation, data enrichment, and pipeline management.
  • Conduct

    market research

    to identify new business opportunities, target industries, and potential accounts.
  • Qualify inbound and outbound leads

    based on predefined criteria and pass them to the closure/sales team.
  • Maintain

    accurate CRM records

    of calls, emails, follow-ups, lead status, and conversion progress.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to

    optimize outreach strategies and lead generation processes

    .
  • Consistently achieve

    weekly and monthly KPIs

    related to calls, emails sent, leads generated, and conversions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2 - 4 years of experience as a

    Business Development Executive, Lead Generation Executive, or Inside Sales Executive

    .
  • Strong expertise in

    lead generation, cold calling, cold emailing, and database building

    .
  • Hands-on experience with

    Apollo.io, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lusha, HubSpot CRM

    , or similar tools.
  • Excellent

    verbal and written communication

    skills.
  • Strong

    research, analytical, and problem-solving

    abilities.
  • Ability to handle objections and rejection with a positive mindset.
  • Strong

    time management

    and ability to work independently in a target-driven environment.
